Packing Your Car's Roadside Emergency Kit Correctly

Our team here at Page Honda Bloomfield wanted to share a few tips for correctly packing your car's roadside emergency kit.

In order to make small repairs to get the car off the road to a service center, you need tools. Keep a bag of tools in the trunk ranging from pliers, scissors, wrenches, a socket set, multi-tool, hammer, and knife.

The flashlight and new batteries are good for flagging help in the dark and making repairs when you can't see what you're doing.

After you check that you have a working spare tire and car jack, place a couple cans of tire fix-a-flat in the kit so you can get a flat tire up off the ground high enough so you can ride the rim to a safer spot to change the tire.

Reduce the likelihood of the car having troubles on the road by stopping by our showroom for a service check-up.
